Terms and Conditions

A. You retain all of your ownership rights in your video submissions. However, by submitting video submissions to OverflowExperience.com ("Overflow"), you hereby grant Overflow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the video submissions in connection with the Overflow website, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Overflow website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

B. You agree that you have the express permission to share the stories contained in the video submissions.

C. You agree that the video is telling an accurate representation of actual events.

D. You agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Overflow all of the license rights granted herein.

E. You agree that you are over the age of 13.

F. If you wish to remove your video from the site, contact us at info@overflowexperience.com.
